Cancellation before dispatch
A paid order may request cancellation while it has not been handed to the carrier. Requests are reviewed before a refund is executed.
Returns after delivery
After delivery, the public order portal allows the customer to request a return for specific items and quantities. Approval does not by itself complete a refund.
Physical receipt
For merchandise returns, inventory is restored only after Rancho El Cementerio records physical receipt of the approved items. Their condition may be reviewed before the refund is processed.
Refunds
Approved refunds are sent through the original Mercado Pago payment where technically possible. Processing time after authorization may depend on Mercado Pago and the original payment method.
Partial returns and shipping
Partial item returns are supported. A request to include shipping in the refund is evaluated only when the complete remaining order is being returned and subject to the applicable circumstances.
